The New England Care 2025 Glen Innes Business Awards were held on Saturday night at the Glen Innes and District Services Club, recognising excellence and dedication across the local business community.

Organised by the Glen Innes Business Chamber, the awards aim to highlight the achievements of individuals, businesses, and organisations that contribute to the growth and vitality of the Glen Innes region. The evening brought together a wide range of industries, from hospitality and retail to agriculture, community services, and sustainability.

The highlight of the evening was the announcement of Sweetie Pies Bake Shop as the 2025 Glen Innes Business of the Year, with the award presented by Gavin McCarney of New England Care. The business also took home the People’s Choice – Hospitality award earlier in the night.
