Ladies 29/01/2025

15 ladies played a stableford with Julie Dunn continuing her good form winning with 33 points from Rose Price, also playing good golf, with 31 points

Wednesday Mens 29/01/2025

A field of 29 players played a stableford on Wednesday. Winner was Duncan Hutchison with 40 points, from Danny Lightfoot with 37.
Nearest the pins were Pro Pin on the 7th went to Peter Lawson, Ali Crossley on the 4th, Greg Law the 12th, Ashton McConnell the 14th and Stephen Gallagher the 17th.

Veterans Golf 30/01/2025

A great field of 23 players travelled to Armidale for round 1 of the New England Pennants. Glen finished 3rd behind Armidale and Guyra in second place. The 7 best scores were Rod Kiehne 37 points, Shirley Bruce 35, Julie Dunn 34, Craig Hulls 34, Peter Dunn 33, Graham Price 32 and Doug Stevenson 31. Next round is at Uralla on the 6th February.
A field of 22 players enjoyed a stableford. Winner was Farley Sherrott with 54 points (including bonus points) runner up was Max Burton with 53 points. Net winner was Rod Kiehne whilst nearest the pins went to Robert Bruce on 7th and the Pro Pin on the 17th went to Iain Smith. Putting went to Jimmy Adams with 29 putts.

Friday 9 Hole Comp 31/01/2025

15 players played the Friday comp on the front 9 with the winner Glen Fairclough who finally broke through to the winners circle after playing great golf the last few weeks with 20 points. Second on a count back was Lucas Tait with 19 from Iain Smith, another player in great form.
Saturday Golf 01/02/2024

Saturday was a medley stableford with a great field of 46 players playing. Winner was Bryce Anderson with 41 points from Tony Hodder with 39. The Pro Pin on the 17th went to Graham Campbell, Tony Hodder the 4th, Tim Penn the 7th, Gary Cameron the 12th and Gary Hutton the 17th.

Beginners Golf

On Saturday the beginner golf ladies group enjoyed an afternoon hosted by Golf NSW New England rep Sophie Cusack. Sophie gave the group some helpful hints on the range, the course and putting green. A great afternoon and a big thank you to Golf NSW and Sophie.
Sunday Golf 02/02/2025
10 ladies played with Rosie Smith the winner with 33 points on a count back from Pru Newby.
In the Mens comp 40 players competed with Nick Grob the winner with 36 points on a count back from Tony Hodder and Mick Key all on 36 points.
Pro Pin winner was Gary Hutton on the 4th, Robert Every the 7th, Phil Dawes the 12th, Peter Tough 14th and Robert Every on the 17th.

2025 Cec Judge Jug 4BBB versus pro event was played. The winners on the day with a plus 9 on a count back were Scott Brown and Braden Miller. Photo is Scott and Braden receiving the trophy from David who is the grandson of Cec Judge.

Social Golf

The 7.30 am start saw 9 Social Club players play the back nine.
Making it three in a row the winner was Jack Kilner nett 19 from Al Collins nett 22.5.

Putting Michael Johansen with 16 putts after a 3 way countback.
