Opportunity Knocks in Deepwater

If you’re looking for an exciting new venue to establish your latest innovative business, look no further than the NRMA building in Deepwater. The building is in a prominent position and poised to grab the attention of passers-by.

The owner of the Top Pub (otherwise known as The Deepwater Hotel to those who aren’t in the know) in Deepwater, Stu O’Neill purchased the NRMA building next to the pub two years ago, but has only recently been given access to it. For many years it operated as a motor cycle workshop.

His plan is to paint and zoosh the building up a bit, with the objective of improving the streetscape in that part of Deepwater. However, he hopes to retain the essence of the NRMA building, by accentuating the old NRMA signage, and by sticking to the NRMA colours.

There have been improvements made to several of the other shops in Deepwater (eg: Maker’s Shed, Susie’s Diner). Stu is hoping that the NRMA building will become part of an ongoing revitalisation in Deepwater.

Stu hopes that someone will see the potential in the building and become part of a move to stop traffic in Deepwater, and direct spending into the Deepwater community.

If you can see yourself as part of a vital Deepwater, and have a great idea about how to use the available space, contact Stu on 0418 765 526
