If you’re at all interested in reading or writing, you may be interested in the High Country Book Club, or the High Country Writer’s Club which currently run out of the Maker’s Shed in Deepwater. A series of free creative workshops is being offered to young people in Glen Innes aged 12 to 24 during the next few weeks of school holidays. Funded by the NSW Government through the Holiday Break Program, these workshops provide opportunities for participants to learn and practise creative skills.
