A series of free creative workshops is being offered to young people in Glen Innes aged 12 to 24 during the next few weeks of school holidays. Funded by the NSW Government through the Holiday Break Program, these workshops provide opportunities for participants to learn and practise creative skills.
The workshops, part of the “Summer Create” initiative, cover various activities including pottery, painting, jewellery design, and weaving. Each session is led by experienced artists and creators.

16–24 years: 10 January (10 am–1 pm) at Glen Innes Pottery Club - Copper Foldforming Jewellery with Richard Moon
12–15 years: 9 January (10 am–1 pm) at The Makers Shed, Deepwater - Silver Jewellery Design with Richard Moon
16–24 years: 16 January (10 am–1 pm) at The Makers Shed, Deepwater - Pottery with Latenight Potters
12–14 years: 20 January (10 am–1 pm) at Glen Innes Pottery Club
15–24 years: 20 January (2 pm–5 pm) at Glen Innes Pottery Club - Mixed Media Painting with Marianne la Cour
14–24 years: 22 January (10 am–1 pm) at Glen Innes Pottery Club - Coolamon Weaving with Waabii Chapman Burgess
12–24 years: 24 January (10 am–1 pm) at Cooramah Cultural Centre
