897 Lambs and sheep yarded in today’s lamb and sheep sale. With large numbers yarded in
surrounding areas, we saw the market drop this week.

Heavy-Medium XB suckers Ranged from $142 and topped of at $207, store and forward store XB
suckers from $60-$130. Well conditioned Dorper suckers ranged from $125-$169 and the lighter
forward store Dorper suckers from $78-$120

Heavy last season XB lambs ranged from $130-$200 with the medium-light, well conditioned XB
lambs from $90-$127. The store and forward store XB lambs kicked off at $60 and topped at $85.
Medium weight, well covered, Merino lambs made $105-$120 with the lighter, decent conditioned
Merino lambs between $60-$95.

Heavy Cross-bred hoggets ranged from $60-$90, Store hoggets from $12-$45.

Heavy XB Ewes ranged from $70-$88, lighter but well conditioned XB ewes from $45-$65 and Light
conditioned XB ewes from $26-$40. Tidy first-cross ewes made $62 with little numbers in the sale.
Medium-light, decent conditioned Merino wethers made from $50 through to $70. Merino Ewes in
good condition made between $62-$80, lighter but decent conditioned Merino ewes from $45-$60
and the lighter and store conditioned ewes making from $10-$35. Light, store conditioned Dorper
ewes made $5 across the board.  XB Rams Ranged from $5-$20. Merino Rams made $10.
