Local residents are invited to take advantage of free veterinary services as part of an upcoming Animal Care Services event hosted by the Animal Welfare League NSW, proudly funded by the NSW Government.

The event will take place on Wednesday 21 May, from 8am to 12pm at King George V Oval, located on Wentworth Street, Glen Innes.

The services offered include:

• Free health checks
• Free microchipping
• Free dog C3 vaccinations
• Free cat F3 vaccinations

Residents are reminded that cats must be in carriers and dogs on a lead. There is a limit of three animals per household.

The offer of these free services is available to all local residents – a pension card or equivalent is not required.

To participate, attendees must bring a mobile device to sign in, and are advised to be prepared for all weather conditions as waiting lines may be long.

This initiative aims to support pet owners in maintaining the health and wellbeing of their animals while promoting responsible pet ownership in the community.
