After around 40 years of community volunteer involvement, volunteers are no longer being used in the Glen Innes Meals on Wheels service. Glen Innes has a number of fitness programs designed especially for seniors. Rural Fit has now been running its early intervention healthy aging exercise program in Glen Innes for 18 months.
