Glen Innes has a number of fitness programs designed especially for seniors. Rural Fit has now been running its early intervention healthy aging exercise program in Glen Innes for 18 months. Tailored to the needs of those over 60, the exercise sessions take place every Wednesday morning at the Glen Innes Indoor Sports Centre on West Avenue.
