Glen Innes Public School Hosts Community Service Expo

Glen Innes Public School yesterday hosted a Community Service Expo, bringing together a wide range of community organisations, government services, and sports clubs to showcase the resources available in the Glen Innes area.

The event featured representatives from various groups, including the State Emergency Service (SES), Fire and Rescue, and the police. Attendees had the opportunity to explore emergency response vehicles, including fire trucks, providing an interactive experience for both children and adults.

Visitors to the expo had access to a wealth of information from the participating organisations. Many attendees remarked on the value of the event, with several noting that they had discovered at least one organisation or service they had not been aware of before.

The Community Service Expo served as an opportunity for residents to engage with local services, learn more about support networks, and connect with organisations that contribute to the Glen Innes community.
