Australia Day 2025 in Pinkett and Glen Innes
On Australia Day a free breakfast was held at the Pinkett Hall where over 150 people attended. Later in the morning the Glen Innes & District Services Club hosted a free morning tea followed by the presentation of awards to local citizens and organisations who have made significant contributions to our local community. A citizenship ceremony was also held where two new Australian Citizens were welcomed by the local community. All attendees were also invited to make an Australian citizenship pledge.
