New Playground Opens

Member for Northern Tablelands Brendan Moylan was on-hand to unveil the new, $1.2 million play space at Glen Innes’ Anzac Park at its official opening on Saturday, 7 February. $500,000 was secured from the NSW Government’s Stronger Country Communities Fund Round 5 which kick-started the project. Another $600,000 was contributed by the Federal Government and another $100,000 by the Glen Innes Severn Council. The new play area includes inclusive, imaginative, sensory, active, adventure and nature-based equipment.
