Minerama Fossicking Gem & Jewellery Show to Proceed Despite Rain Forecast

The Minerama Fossicking Gem & Jewellery Show in Glen Innes is set to go ahead as planned this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, despite forecasts of heavy rain linked to Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Organisers have made necessary adjustments to ensure the safety and comfort of attendees, with some changes to the event layout and trader attendance. While a number of traders directly impacted by the cyclone have had to cancel, 42 indoor and 34 outdoor traders remain confirmed to participate.
