The Second Time Round Saddlery at 17 Oliver Street, Glen Innes not only sells second hand saddles and equipment for horses, fishing lures, feed and so much more, but also provides a safe haven for those ex-navy and ex-army veterans in the Glen Innes area. The saddlery, open since 2022, is run by Tegan Harwood and Tracey Waters. Tegan herself is a twelve year veteran of the navy. The dream of the late Mr and Mrs Jack Curnow, who bequeathed a vast mineral collection to the Emmaville community, was the hope of opening a museum in the town. These days the museum is also home to the Jillet, Gilbey, Ellis, Schumacher, Trethewey, Hermann and Maskey collections.
